State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $50 per election. North Carolina law permits contributions up to $6,800 per election from individuals and North Carolina-registered Political Action Committees. Contributions from business entities and corporations are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible.


If you are self-employed, please list the name of the entity that is on your paycheck. Please list your line of work. "Business Person" is not acceptable, please enter the type of business instead. If Retired or otherwise Not Employed, please denote Retired in the Employer field and your former occupation in the Occupation field.
